One of the responsibilities of the day labor center is to survey the special skills of each laborer, and match them with the skills required for the job. If you require workers with special skills, you are encouraged to contact us in advance if possible, so that we may make the best match. Every employer using the day labor center is provided with a satisfaction questionnaire linked to the laborer on the job. Through this technique, we can continually monitor employer satisfaction, quality of work and work to assure that the skill level of the laborer is in fact what they claim. This provides better quality assurance and allows us to better match employer with laborer. And, of course, if you have past experience with a specific worker, it would be our pleasure to reconnect you with that individual.
