Davin Cardenas, outreach coordinator, is responsible for interfacing with community members to raise awareness about the day laborers and promote hiring.

Omar Gallardo, site coordinator, a long time resident of Sonoma County, is responsible for the hiring process and membership.

Juan Herrerra, Sunday coordinator, was hired as a response to the communities needs for Sunday workers. Juan, a former day day labor has experience in construction and is responsible for the hiring activities on Sundays.

Carlos Lopez, health outreach coordinator, and musician works with community organizations to bring health promoters, a dental clinic, and a physicians assistant to provide primary health care to workers at the site.

Christina Zapata, project coordinator since spring 2008, was born in Texas and moved to Sonoma County in 2005. She works with the board of directors to carry out the work and vision of the center.
